Under the Influence of Jozi

Wending our way down from White River tastings the Under the Influence team stopped at one of our distinguished Member's houses and conducted a tasting for friends and family. We took a walk through a range of superb wines and gave the Guests an understanding of primary, secondary and tertiary flavours.

Three strong gentlemen, holding hands, were called upon to demonstrate how secondary flavours are created in wine. Their contribution was documented on camera but with their dignity at stake we decided to put a safer image of the wines we tasted on display.
